Cancellation Policy

This is a paid package in order to take 7 private lessons at Sing With A King for the Spring Session. Lessons are provided during the school year and will be broken into 2 sessions: Fall Session and Spring Session. Spring starts on January 6, 2025 and ends on May 25, 2025. Near the end of this session, you will have the opportunity to decide if you want to continue with regular lessons after the audition. You will be sent an email, asking if you would like to continue. If you do continue, then you will be able to sign up for the remaining lessons of the Fall Session. Please make sure to reply to email, regardless of choice. Financial Options If you are in need of financial planning, please let me know and I will formulate a payment plan for you. Refunds All sales are final and there are no refunds. Cancellations/Make Up Lessons * For in person lessons, your child will receive 1 make up lessons for the Spring session. * This only applies, if you notify me via email, text, or through the contact form below at least 8 hours ahead of the lesson time. For example, if the lesson starts at 6 pm, then I should be notified by 10 am or the previous day. Advance notification is always best. * Make up lessons are only given if child is very sick and their symptoms are transmittable or in the case of a life emergency, such as a family death, having to go to the hospital, involved in an accident, etc. * If they just have a bit of sore throat, and feel fine, they are still able to have lessons. Lessons will be adjusted to make sure they get the most out of the lesson as not every lesson, involves singing, but other aspects of music and musical preparation. * You will be sent a Make Up Form to choose a day and time for a make up lesson. * Since you will receive 1 make up lessons, rescheduling a lesson will not be offered for in person lessons. * For online lessons, due to lessons being online and your child already at home, there will be  only be one make up lesson for the Fall session, if you notify me via email, text, or through the contact form below at least 8 hours ahead of the lesson * Make up lessons are only given if child is very sick and their symptoms are transmittable or in the case of a life emergency, such as a family death, having to go to the hospital, involved in an accident, etc. *Rescheduled lessons within the week of the missed lessons is not available. When you purchase this plan, you must also purchase The Royal Corner.
