Cancellation Policy
Online lessons are done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, based on availability. In order to have the consultation, you have to choose the available time and day. There are no refunds for late cancellations of less than 10 hours. If you sign up 24 hours or more ahead of the consultation time, you signed up for but cancel before the 10 hours prior you will receive a refund, but only if you send a message through the website or the email more than 10 hours ahead of consultation. If after the lesson, you'd like to continue taking lessons, the consultation fee will be credited to your lessons pricing plan. The latest, you can sign up for a consultation is 4 hours before the time you want to for the consultation.
