Cancellation Policy

Summer Lessons 2025 will be a bit different from our Fall and Spring Lessons. It will be comprised of 9 lessons, but 8 weeks of lessons. Two of those lessons will be combined for our Lesson In The Park. -Lesson Days (Online lessons: Mon, Wed., & Fri./In Person Lessons: Tues. & Thurs.) Wednesday Lessons: May 28th-July 16th Thursday Lessons: May 29th- July 24th (*No Lesson on June 19th) Friday Lessons: May 30th- July 25th (*No Lesson on July 4th) Monday Lessons: June 2nd- July 21st Tuesday Lessons: June 3rd- July 22nd Only 30 minute lessons will be offered to all Little Royals, Junior Royals, and Senior Court for Summer lessons for both online and in person lesson. *Musical Theater Students will not be offered for the Summer, as it is for rehearsals that happen for Musical Students during the school year. Due to the Summer Lessons having a shortened amount of lessons, only 1 Make Up Lesson will be offered. Rescheduled Lessons will not be offered for the Summer.​ -This only applies, if you notify me via email, text, or through the contact form below at least 8 hours ahead of the lesson time. For example, if the lesson starts at 6 pm, then I should be notified by 10 am or the previous day. Advance notification is always best. -Make up lessons are only given if child is very sick and their symptoms are transmittable or in the case of a life emergency, such as a family death, having to go to the hospital, involved in an accident, etc. If they just have a bit of a sore throat (symptoms are not transmittable and they are in the final days of being sick) and feel fine, they are still able to have lessons. Lessons will be adjusted to make sure they get the most out of the lesson as not every lesson, involves singing, but other aspects of music and musical preparation. -You will be directed to a Make Up Request Form to choose a Saturday and time for a make up lesson, as make up lessons are not required to be done during the week of the missed lesson. -You will have to fill out the Make Up Request Form, the day of the missed lesson or by the Friday of the missed lesson (if your lesson is on a Friday, you will have a grace period to submit the Make Up Request Form by Monday morning)​ -Go to Calendar--> fill out Make Up Request Form --> email will be sent of decision of request Make Up lessons are not offered for vacation. Musical Theater Students will not be offered this Sumner.
